I found the character sheet, in an attempt to help flesh out some of the characters. (http://machina-obscura.mo-rpg.com/t38-character-sheet) What I can't understand is what each of the three columns mean? Anyone have any clues or suggestions?

I understand he has other (obviously more important) things, but he could always choose mods to help keep the project moving. Honestly, it seems a majority of p&p rpgs don't deviate much from D&D so that sort of thing would be easily settled, unless hes planning something massively original nobody knows about.

This may have to do with the fact that it is not done yet. Last time I talked to the Admin for the site and he has other things he needs to deal with right now as well as figure some of the rules out. That is why there are things missing

It appears a majority of the files anybody needs to play have disappeared into the Ether. The Equipment and Talents list are missing as well as the rules for Combat, Ethos, and Talent usage. Its safe to assume that the file you are looking for has ceased to exist on the internet.

This is probably a dumb question, but I've always been horrible at navigating websites...

It says in the Character Creation Main Rules that you can "find a list of all available talents in the file 'Talents', the rules for activating/upgrading talents in the file 'Rules: Talents'." Unfortunately, I am unable to find the "Rules: Talents" File.
Could someone provide a link for me?
